|I will definitely order from Mailboxixchange again. When I first placed my order I realized I had ordered the wrong item. I quickly called & the csr quickly rectified my problem & credited back my account. I'm thinking I would have to wait a couple days even maybe to the next billing cycle of my cc to see the credit. Well, it was there the next day. Their customer service was wonderful so I came back & this time ordered the right item & will come back again. Great place....customer friendly!!!! You can not get that kind of service anywhere anymore.
