Post looks great. Easy DIY project with the no-dig optional base. Wish I knew to have the custom cut internal post and additional mounting board & screws on hand, so I could have been ready to install when it arrived.

I just wanted you to know that Shelly went well above and beyond today in assisting me with an order that I thought I had done correctly but found out, ultimately, I had botched. Shelly was totally professional and extremely pleasant. She even called me back (totally unexpected) to let me know the status of my order and how she had corrected it.
I don't know if you ever have any special appreciation for your customer service employees, but Shelly certainly deserves some.
