About the Line of Wooden Cedar Mailbox Posts from New England Woodworks

These high quality Solid Cedar Mailbox Posts will bring that New England charm to your curbside decor. The posts come primed white for immediate installation or can be delivered with the natural cedar finish. All posts include the Post, Post Cap, Cross Arms, Braces and Mounting Base. The Gardener series also includes a Planter which attaches to the back side of the post.

All New England Woodworks Mailbox Posts are highly customizable. These posts are available with an optional Post Base Sleeve, which comes in either a Raised Panel or Fluted style (please refer to options section). In addition, you can choose from 3 different finials (pyramid cap, arbor, and arbor with ball). An optional newspaper post is also available for all posts (please refer to options section). In addition to customized options, some posts are available in both a 4 x 4 base and 5 x 5 base.

Please note: Completely inspect your delivery before the driver leaves. If there is damage, contact us immediately, and either refuse shipment or specifically note damages on the delivery receipt. We want to ensure no damage was caused during shipping but can not be responsible for freight that is not inspected and noted with the driver.

This product is approved for use by the United States Postal Service
USPS approval covers every letterbox or receptacle intended for the delivery of postage paid mail on any mail route. From the point of the manufacturer, this includes flag size, mailbox size, strength, and quality of construction. Generally, all mailbox interiors and door access are regulated to receive expected mail sizes. Residential curbside or rural mailboxes and post packages also must accommodate an installation height of 41-45 in. from the road surface to inside floor of the mailbox or point of mail entry (locked designs). A separate set of regulations is provided for all Commercial Mailboxes.
