Mayne Mailboxes Dover Mailbox Packages

Mailboxixchange has teamed up with Mayne Mailboxes to create exclusive mailbox and post packages for our customers. This mailbox package features a Mayne Dover Post, with newspaper holder, along with a U.S.P.S. approved rural mailbox in the color of your choice. Mailbox and Post will ship separately.

About the Mailboxes
Made entirely of aluminum, U.S.P.S. approved rural mailboxes feature a 1/8" thick extruded aluminum body with a 1/8" thick die cast aluminum front door and rear cover. They also feature a durable textured powder coated finish available in several attractive colors and include an adjustable signal flag and a magnetic door catch. The die cast door is attached to the body with a full-width stainless steel hinge allowing for smooth operation.

About the Dover Post Series
The Dover Mail post is a perfect solution to your mail post needs. Posts are constructed of Polyethelene and backed by a 15 year limited warranty. The post features an 8"W base and newspaper holder. Designed to fit today’s Small to Medium sized mailboxes, the size of the overall post is 8"W x 56H x 26.5"D. The Dover is available in White, Black, Granite, and Clay. Some assembly is required.

About the Options

The No Dig Ground Screw is a convenience that most would not want to live without. It makes ground installation of the necessary 4 x 4 post a snap. Just set the screw in the ground, attach the 4 x 4 and slide the post over the top. This 27” accessory will support your post and reduce its ground exposure extending its life. Please note that the ground screw is not recommended for rocky or sandy soil.

Solar Caps are the latest addition to the Mayne post line and is a perfect solution for the early evening hours. Its subtle illumination is a curbside ambience must. It can be used on any Mayne post product, including mailbox and address sign posts. Equipped with a battery which is recharged by the sun, your Mayne post will light the way to your door in style.

This product is approved for use by the United States Postal Service
USPS approval covers every letterbox or receptacle intended for the delivery of postage paid mail on any mail route. From the point of the manufacturer, this includes flag size, mailbox size, strength, and quality of construction. Generally, all mailbox interiors and door access are regulated to receive expected mail sizes. Residential curbside or rural mailboxes and post packages also must accommodate an installation height of 41-45 in. from the road surface to inside floor of the mailbox or point of mail entry (locked designs). A separate set of regulations is provided for all Commercial Mailboxes.
