Gaines Wall Mount Mailboxes are engineered with a durable A-360 rust-proof cast aluminum. Cast aluminum is an extremely durable, yet light-weight metal that is 100% resistant to rust. It is made by pouring aluminum into a mold of the end product. During construction, the aluminum undergoes substantial amounts of pressure, which produces an extremely dense material that will stand up to years of wear and tear.

Gaines Wall Mount Mailboxes use a five-stage, powder-coated paint process that is well known for its uniform, durable, and high-quality finish. Powder coating contains ultraviolet ray (UV) inhibitors that protect the surfaces, making the finish resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing. Therefore, colors stay bright and vibrant longer for years to come. Gaines Wall Mount Mailboxes are available in three eye-catching, powder-coated box colors:

Gaines Wall Mount Mailboxes also offer lockable inserts with all wall mount mailboxes. These black lockboxes are constructed from cast aluminum using the same technique as the powder-coat finish used on the outside of the mailbox. The lockable insert can also be added to any new or existing Gaines Wall Mount Mailbox. Two coded lockbox keys are included. The manufacturer can easily replaced the keys if lost. If ordered with the mailbox, the lockbox comes preinstalled.

Fast shipping, and installation was easy. I attached it to a stone wall using hammer set anchors.

The mailbox is very sturdy and well built. Paint is even and professional. The lid has rubber stops to keep the lid from closing hard. Great design!

All of my mail including full sized magazines all easily fits inside, so no more rain drenched mail.

I highly recommend this item.

Had this mailbox for two years and it still looks brand new. Great quality, big enough to handle large mail, and solid enough to outlast all the other cheap tin boxes that are out there. Best of all, "Made in the USA."

USPS approval covers every letterbox or receptacle intended for the delivery of postage paid mail on any mail route. From the point of the manufacturer, this includes flag size, mailbox size, strength, and quality of construction. Generally, all mailbox interiors and door access are regulated to receive expected mail sizes. Residential curbside or rural mailboxes and post packages also must accommodate an installation height of 41-45 in. from the road surface to inside floor of the mailbox or point of mail entry (locked designs). A separate set of regulations is provided for all Commercial Mailboxes.
