It is made by pouring hot aluminum into a mold of the end product. During construction, the aluminum undergoes substantial amounts of pressure, which produces an extremely dense material that will stand up to years of wear and tear.

The Whitehall Mailbox is finished in a highly protective powder coat finish. Powder coating is well known for its uniform, durable, and high quality finish. Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes, and colors stay bright and vibrant longer. The mailboxes are available in three finishes, including Bronze, Black, and White.
