About the Materials Used

Aluminum is a lightweight, totally rust free, recyclable, and extremely durable material that is often used for outdoor products. Aluminums rust resistance is excellent due to a thin surface layer of aluminum oxide that forms when the metal is exposed to air, effectively preventing oxidation.
About the Powdercoat Finish
Powder coating is a type of dry coating, which is applied as a dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent (like water or oil) to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is applied electro-statically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin." The powder creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
