About the Rockport Double Arm Post Series Created for multi-family homes and parcels of land where the mailbox is shared ground. Designed to fit todays Small to Medium sized mailboxes, the size of the overall post is 23"W x 56H x 26"D. The price includes Mailpost, two Arms and two Newspaper Holders. The Rockport is Maynes only double arm post and is available in White, Black, Granite, and Clay. Please note that some assembly is required. About the Options The No Dig Ground Screw is a convenience that most would not want to live without. It makes ground installation of the necessary 4 x 4 post a snap. Just set the screw in the ground, attach the 4 x 4 and slide the post over the top. This 27” accessory will support your post and reduce its ground exposure extending its life. USPS approval covers every letterbox or receptacle intended for the delivery of postage paid mail on any mail route. From the point of the manufacturer, this includes flag size, mailbox size, strength, and quality of construction. Generally, all mailbox interiors and door access are regulated to receive expected mail sizes. Residential curbside or rural mailboxes and post packages also must accommodate an installation height of 41-45 in. from the road surface to inside floor of the mailbox or point of mail entry (locked designs). A separate set of regulations is provided for all Commercial Mailboxes.

This is absolutely the best product on the market for the application. I've literally tried them all. Very well made. Extremely easy to install and setup. Just peal and stick the sensor to the inside of the mailbox door, then plug in the receiver in the house. You're done! This is an exact replacement for one that I had on my mailbox for many, many years (destroyed by my brother-in-law who backed over the mailbox!). The sensor's battery lasts for years and the unit always works flawlessly. When the mailperson opens the mailbox, the audio alarm is triggered and a red light comes on. The light stays on until you hit the reset button. Simple and effective. I love it.
