Our Litchfield Rural packages promise a world of choices and color combinations. From a single mount to a quad, simple or decorative, The Litchfield Rural Mailbox Packages are a perfect heavy duty, long-lasting mail delivery solution.

About the Mailbox Construction
Made entirely of aluminum, these U.S.P.S. approved Rural mailboxes feature a 1/8” thick extruded aluminum body with a 1/8” thick die cast aluminum front door and rear cover. The die cast door is attached to the body with a full-width stainless steel hinge allowing for smooth operation. An adjustable burgundy signal flag and a magnetic door catch are standard on all models.

About the Mailbox Finishes
The Rural mailbox packages also feature a durable textured powder coated finish. The Heavy Duty Rural Mailbox is available in four (4) attractive colors. These mailboxes provide a clean look that adds to any home in the following finishes:

Beige
White

About the Standard Posts and Finishes
The aluminum Standard mailbox post is available in either as a surface mount or in-ground mount. Each configuration comes with spreader to mount the mailboxes. These posts also feature a durable powder coated finish and can be mixed or matched with your mailbox in the following colors:

Beige
White
Bronze

About the Optional Newspaper Holders
Made of heavy duty aluminum, newspaper holders are a unique option for rural mailboxes. Each unit has a solid back and includes mounting hardware to easily attach to mailbox posts and spreaders. The newspaper holders feature a durable powder coated finish available to match your mailbox.

About the Optional Personalization
Personalize your mailbox with custom numbers and letters. Our 2”H characters allow for 1-2 lines of up to 10 character/spaces. The 1.5”H allows for 1-3 lines of up to 14 character/spaces. For one or all mailboxes, a vinyl adhesive sheet is prepared to your exact specifications and easy to apply. Available in black, gold, white and reflective to match any color combination of your mailbox package.

This product is approved for use by the United States Postal Service
USPS approval covers every letterbox or receptacle intended for the delivery of postage paid mail on any mail route. From the point of the manufacturer, this includes flag size, mailbox size, strength, and quality of construction. Generally, all mailbox interiors and door access are regulated to receive expected mail sizes. Residential curbside or rural mailboxes and post packages also must accommodate an installation height of 41-45 in. from the road surface to inside floor of the mailbox or point of mail entry (locked designs). A separate set of regulations is provided for all Commercial Mailboxes.
