The Ohio Stainless Steel Mailbox has a different size than the other mailboxes in The City Collection. It features the following dimensions; 14"H x 15"W x 6"D. In addition, the incoming mail slot is situated on the front of mailbox, and is 13"W x 1.3"H.
The City Mailbox Collection: About the Locking Mechanism
The City Mailbox Collection features a lock on every mailbox. The lock is located on the left front side of the mailbox. Each lock is constructed of high quality stainless steel, and includes two keys. When the lock is opened, the front door of the mailbox swings open to the right side for easy access to your mail.
The City Mailbox Collection: About the Materials Used
The City Mailbox Collection is constructed with Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel. The White and Chicago Design B are constructed of Galvanized Steel, while the Chicago Stainless Model, Ohio Stainless, and Atlanta Stainless are constructed of Stainless Steel. Galvanized Steel is widely used in outdoor applications and provides superior protection against rust. During production, steel is mixed and coated with zinc, which acts as a barrier against the ravages of corrosion.
