We ordered the Whitehall Liberty Mailbox/Post. There was some confusion with the colors and we had to have the post exchanged. I was prepared for it to be a "process," but the customer service was outstanding, the original post was scheduled for pickup immediately and a new one was received a week later. The quality of the product is great - it is a beautiful addition to our new home!
received our mail box today. Very happy so far.. will mount it tomorrow. great quality. and exactly how I pictured it...will send a photo if i can.
