About the Curb Appeal Mailboxes

The Curb Appeal mailbox is of European design and features clean lines combined with a modern look. Crafted in stainless steel, the mailbox can be wall mounted or combined with a stand (sold separately) for a freestanding application. The newspaper holder is designed to complement the Curb Appeal mailbox and is sold separately. All units feature a high quality security lock with two keys and are easy to install.

About the Mailbox Stand
For use with Galaxy contemporary mailboxes, the stainless steel stand is manufactured using the same 2mm marine grade stainless steel used in production of the mailboxes. The convenient height of 66.9” allows for placement of the stainless steel stand at the height specified by the U.S.P.S. while the width of 12.4” provides ample room for the mailbox to fit on the stand securely.

About the Finishes

The mailboxes are Belgium stainless steel with a satin brushed finish. Use of 8mm Type 304 Grade Stainless Steel provides a finish that resists rust while enduring all weather types and remaining crisp and “new looking” over years of usage.

This product is approved for use by the United States Postal Service
USPS approval covers every letterbox or receptacle intended for the delivery of postage paid mail on any mail route. From the point of the manufacturer, this includes flag size, mailbox size, strength, and quality of construction. Generally, all mailbox interiors and door access are regulated to receive expected mail sizes. Residential curbside or rural mailboxes and post packages also must accommodate an installation height of 41-45 in. from the road surface to inside floor of the mailbox or point of mail entry (locked designs). A separate set of regulations is provided for all Commercial Mailboxes.
