We ordered the Whitehall Liberty Mailbox/Post. There was some confusion with the colors and we had to have the post exchanged. I was prepared for it to be a "process," but the customer service was outstanding, the original post was scheduled for pickup immediately and a new one was received a week later. The quality of the product is great - it is a beautiful addition to our new home!
This was a great purchase. This mailbox is very strong. A lot better quality then ones I have purchased from hardware stores in the past. Absolutely no comparison. Thanks Mailboxixchange for all your help.
