Cheshire Mailboxes are die cast from aerospace-grade, rust-proof aluminum. They are finished with a highly protective state-of-the-art five step powder coated paint process, well known for its uniform, durable, and high-quality finish. The paint itself contains ultraviolet (UV) ray inhibitors to protect the surface making it resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing. Colors stay bright and vibrant for years to come in these elegant finishes:

The Cheshire Signature Series Mailboxes: About the Raised Lettering
The uniquely scripted and raised letters accentuate the new Signature Mailbox. Made of sold brass, each elegant letter casts a soft shadow across the mailbox door which adds depth and unmistakable character. The lettering comes in four different finishes; polished brass, antique bronze (shown in picture), satin nickel, or verde brass. Along with all six of the available package colors, you have 24 combinations to choose from. A regular simple cleaning will keep the lettering looking new for years to come.

Lockable Mailbox Insert: The lockable insert option is available for all Keystone Series Mailboxes. With this feature, concerns about mail theft are eliminated. The lock and key are constructed from high grade stainless steel while the mail slot opening restricts the unwanted hand from entering the box. If you order this option at the time you place your mailbox order, the lockable insert will be factory installed

Custom Vinyl Lettering: To further enhance your home identification and style, place premium vinyl characters in gold, silver or bronze on one or both sides of your Cheshire Series Mailbox. The lettering is made from a highly durable vinyl and is designed to last over seven years. If ordered at the time you place your mailbox order, the lettering will be applied in the factory.
