The Ashland Double Mailbox Post The Ashland Double Mailbox Post features a versatile design that allows it to be either surface mounted or installed in-ground. Each post is provided with the necessary hardware for both installations. It is constructed of heavy-duty, cast aluminum. and covered in a powder coated finish for a chip-proof and fade-resistant color. About the Design The Ashland mailbox posts are made to fit any two mailboxes and are offered in fourteen different finishes to match any style. The design allows for the post to be surface mounted by attaching it to an existing concrete pad or installed in-ground with the included 18” burial post. About the Materials All Ashland mailbox posts are made entirely from rust proof cast aluminum with stainless steel components, resulting in a sturdy, weather resistant product. The maintenance free, powder coated finish is applied to each post by hand, adding to the noticeable quality and giving it a chip-proof, fade-resistant color.
