About the Mailbox Construction Made of heavy-duty cast-aluminum in lightweight construction, this mailbox was made for all seasons and will not rust. Each mailbox has a mail flap of 14”W x 4 1/4”D. Please note that this mailbox does not facilitate outbound mail. About the Mailbox Finishes The cast aluminum of the Provincial Wall Mailbox is powder-coated then lacquered for a durable, weather-resistant finish in the following colors: Black Bricktone Bronze Denim Gold Rust Khaki Stone About the Maintenance To clean your mailbox, wash with a solution of mild detergent and water (do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners). Rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly. From the point of the manufacturer, this includes flag size, mailbox size, strength, and quality of construction. Generally, all mailbox interiors and door access are regulated to receive expected mail sizes. Residential curbside or rural mailboxes and post packages also must accommodate an installation height of 41-45 in. from the road surface to inside floor of the mailbox or point of mail entry (locked designs). A separate set of regulations is provided for all Commercial Mailboxes.
